DELIVERY

To check if the product is available in your area, enter your zip code on each product page. 

In general, most categories are available for deliveries all across United States. There are certain categories such as Farm Fresh Foods that are only available in Los Angeles, California area. 

The best way to know if we deliver a certain item to you is to check on each product page.

Due to COVID-19, your group order item(s) will be SHIPPED INDIVIDUALLY to the shipping address you entered during checkout. Everyone in the group order will receive their orders INDIVIDUALLY. You will NOT need to go to your group host to pick up your order.

Delivery time varies depending on location and product; however, you will receive a text message from us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will keep you updated on the shipment progress every 12 hours. ***Pro tip: No need to be home for delivery!

Nope, you don't need to be home in order for us to deliver. We will leave your package on your doorstep or elsewhere, as per your instructions. 

However, we do recommend to choose a delivery time when you will be home so you can check on the quality of the produce and possibly get some free bonus gifts from us : )

Yes! We offer the option to pick up your order at our convenient pick-up location close to a Mcdonald's at 10611 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064. 

You will get the exact pickup address when you select pick up as the delivery method during checkout. We are open for pick up from Monday to Friday 9 am to 8 pm.

 The short answer: Bringx is a website that lets people get great products at discounted prices through group ordering! We deliver affordable fresh foods from local farms, great products from small business, and more!


The long answer: Bringx on a mission to make healthy foods and great lifestyle accessible for everyone. We believe that everyone and their family deserve a great lifestyle regardless of where they live, how much they earn, and how busy they are.

We are also dedicated to supporting local and sustainability. We believe that products shouldn't travel as far as they do now before getting to our hands.

We are using technology, social commerce concept, and an optimized supply chain to make this vision come to life.

All of the listed farm-fresh foods are sourced directly from local farms in your area. They are usually harvested or picked the same week you place an order.

Yes! We use 100% recyclable materials for our packaging. We made a commitment to use the minimum amount of packaging needed for the products to travel well. We would like to see you reusing the bags as many times as you can too.

Our customer's health and safety has always been our top priority and part of the reason why we do what we do. 

We are taking extra caution on how we handle and deliver the foods and products, including requiring our farmer and brand partners and deliverers to wear masks and gloves when they handle the products, wipe down our storage place and delivery vehicle, etc.

We are ensuring our small team's health and safety by working completely remote and constantly checking in with everyone!

It is free shipping for domestic (United States) orders for everything with no minimum order required now! This is a limited time offer during COVID.

We deliver farm fresh foods every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday currently. Our order cut-off deadline is one day ahead of our delivery date.

PRODUCTS

It depends on the product. Some go bad very quickly, such as berries, and some last longer, such as mandarins. In general, our fresh foods are freshly picked on the farms and will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.

Yes and no. For products to be listed on our platform, they must be ZERO PESTICIDE AND SPRAY used throughout their entire growing process to be qualified to sell on Bringx.

Some of our farmers are certified organic growers. The others practice sustainable farming and choose to not get certified because of the high certification cost that will be reflected back on the product prices.

Your safety and health is our number one priority, especially during a tough time like this. We ask our farmer partners to wear masks and plastic gloves throughout the whole process of handling the produce.

We provide freshness and quality guarantee for each order. If you are not happy with your fruits and vegetables, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order at info@bring-x.com. Our team will help you with the return and refund process.

REFUND

You will not be charged until a group order/PowerBuy successfully form. So the answer is you won't need to be refunded as you were never charged in advance.
